A New Way to Homeschool
You might picture Arrows of Wonder as a large company, with a warehouse full of books being shipped out while profits roll in. But the truth? It's just a mama.

A mama with five kids, sitting at a desk in a creative mess of colored pencils, open tabs of research, and a heart full of love for education and wonder.
I created Arrows of Wonder because I saw how the education system often fails to spark the curiosity and wonder that children are born with. I wanted a homeschool experience that wasn't just about checking boxes and filling in blanks—I wanted it to be about exploring, connecting, and growing as a whole person, not just a student.
Every lesson in Arrows of Wonder is crafted with intention. These aren't cookie-cutter worksheets—they're experiences. Each unit brings a unique subject to life through hands-on activities, thought-provoking questions, and beautifully illustrated pages that make kids excited to learn.
What truly sets this curriculum apart is its focus on connection. The daily “Sharpening Arrows” tradition started in our own home, and it has brought my family closer than I ever imagined. Through fun, unexpected questions, we've learned more about each other—and ourselves—than any textbook could ever teach.
Why I Built This
“I don't want my kids to just memorize facts—I want them to fall in love with learning. I want them to look at the world and feel curiosity, wonder, and gratitude. That's what Arrows of Wonder is all about.”

Our Levels
Each level is specifically written for its target age group, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Little Wonders
Ages 5-6Little Wonders is designed specifically for 5-6-year-olds, with lessons written in a way that is easy for them to understand and enjoy. Each day begins with simple, engaging activities such as name writing practice, identifying the date and days of the week, and observing the weather. The lesson itself is then followed by an activity, project, or experiment—some of which may require an adult's help—allowing children to explore concepts in a hands-on way. To conclude each lesson, a letter recognition and tracing page helps reinforce early writing skills. With vibrant images, relatable scenarios, and interactive learning, Little Wonders keeps young learners excited while building confidence and character.
Young Quivers
Ages 7-8Young Quivers is designed for 7-8-year-olds who are ready to take on a bit more independence while still enjoying hands-on learning. Each day begins with familiar features from the Little Wonders level—such as writing the date, tracking the weather, and daily practice—but with less parental guidance and more opportunity for children to answer in complete sentences. Lessons continue to spark curiosity through engaging stories and real-world connections, encouraging kids to observe, question, and think more deeply about the world around them. Every lesson is followed by an activity, project, or experiment that reinforces the day's topic, allowing children to explore concepts in a meaningful, hands-on way. While some activities may still require a bit of help, this level encourages growing independence, helping children build confidence in their own abilities.
Mighty Warriors
Ages 9-10Mighty Warriors is designed for 9-10-year-olds who are ready to dive deeper into learning with more detail, context, and independent thinking. Each day begins with looking up and defining a key vocabulary word related to the lesson, reinforcing comprehension and expanding their knowledge. Daily tasks include writing out the date, a daily prayer, and structured reflection, helping to build consistency and intentional learning habits. Lessons are written to challenge and engage the maturing mind, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking. Prompted writing assignments help strengthen expressive and imaginative writing, allowing children to articulate their thoughts, observations, and ideas with more confidence. While hands-on activities, projects, and experiments remain a core part of learning, this level provides more opportunities for deeper analysis and thoughtful discussion. To ensure comprehension, each lesson concludes with a short quiz covering key material learned that day.
Giant Slayers
Ages 11-12Giant Slayers is the highest level in Arrows of Wonder, designed for 11-12-year-olds as they transition into middle school. At this stage, more is expected of them academically, but we firmly believe that growth should never come at the cost of imagination and wonder. That's why each lesson builds off of the Mighty Warriors level, offering even more opportunities for writing, reflection, and independent exploration. Each day begins with defining a key vocabulary word, recording the date, daily prayer, and Bible verse memorization through a mnemonic to help commit Scripture to heart. Structured journaling encourages deeper personal connection and accountability. Lessons are written with a higher level of detail, prompting students to think critically, analyze information, and articulate their thoughts clearly.
